The Best Drugstore Beauty Products for Under $10

Hello Beauties!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season spent with family and friends! We definitely did, especially The Twincesses who got about a billion toys!  As soon as Christmas was over, of course we all had to get sick, and not even at the same time! I’d much rather get it over with and all be sick and miserable together lol

Now that we’re all feeling better and life is back to normal after the chaos of the holidays, I’ve got a great lineup of affordable drugstore beauty products for you! These are all makeup products that I own and love, and they’re all under $10 here in Canada, and even cheaper in the US!  Winning!

Rimmel London Natural Bronzer $7.98

There are 4 shades available, I use “sunlight” and have been using this bronzer for well over a decade. It’s waterproof, there’s no glitter or shimmer, it’s natural looking, and this matte bronzer blends easily! What more could you want?

Maybelline New York Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation $8.96

I literally stopped using my expensive ($50) department store foundation after I bought this one, that’s how much I love it! There are 16 shades available in Canada, I’m shade 120 light ivory.  What I like most about this foundation is how light it feels, yet provides really great, medium, coverage that can easily be built up to full, without looking cakey. I also love that it’s matte, and stays put for 8-12 hours.  It’s my new holy grail foundation!

Maybelline New York Fit Me Loose Finishing Powder $8.96

I bought this at the same time as the foundation and am in loooove! It’s such a fabulous setting powder or daily powder if you’re someone who wants subtle coverage. Because it’s tinted I don’t need to layer my foundation, one layer plus this finishing powder equals perfection! It’s mineral based, comes in 8 shades (I use shade 15-light ), controls shine, and my fave part-it smooths out any skin texture.

Covergirl Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows $6.47

These eye shadow kits have such fantastic combinations of colors that allow you to create as subtle or dramatic looks as you want!  The shades blend well, are buildable, and they last all day.  My fave kits are the Natural Nudes, and Blushing Nudes.

e.l.f Blush Palette $7.97

A perfect, travel friendly blush palette. There are two palettes, one with lighter and one with darker blushes, each contains 4 pretty blush tones that are highly pigmented, and easily blended. I love them, and think elf blushes are even better than most high end blushes, but a million times cheaper!

Wet N Wild MegaGlo Illuminating Palette-“Pink Catwalk” $5.99

I literally can’t even handle how gorgeous and pigmented these 4 highlighters are! You get a gold toned highlighter, a white-pearlescent, a pink, and a champagne tone, all of which are stunning! You can go for a casual day look or super glam evening look depending on the shade and how much you build it. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this Wet N Wild Highlighter palette, It’s perfect!

Covergirl The Super Sizers Fibers $6.97- “very black”

It’s the only Covergirl mascara that I like, and I like it a lot! The brush separates lashes nicely and it gives great length thanks to the fibers in the mascara. Unlike my previous experience with other CG mascaras, this one doesn’t flake or pull my eyelashes out when I remove it, because it washes off easily with soap and water. This is a great everyday mascara!

L’Oreal Infallible Eyeshadow $9.32

All the eyeshadows are gorgeous, but I am obsessed with Amber Rush! Jaclyn Hill introduced the shade to me a while back. It’s the most beautiful rose gold, metallic shadow that looks great on anyone! The color is super pigmented, and lasts all day and night.

e.l.f. Mineral infused Face Primer $7.97

Another fabulous primer from e.l.f. and this one’s my fave!  It’s a multipurpose primer that goes on smooth, fills fine lines and doesn’t accentuate any skin texture. It also minimizes pores, and preps skin so that makeup goes on more evenly and leaves skin with a beautiful satin finish. A holy grail drugstore primer that is super affordable!

Rimmel London Match Perfection Concealer $8.98

Love that this is a 2-in-1 product, a concealer and a highlighter.  This is perfect for brightening up under eyes and covering up dark circles. This concealer is also “tone adapting” meaning it adjusts to your skin type, which is super neat!  It comes in 6 shades (I use #245 light), and it has a built in brush for application, making it very easy to apply. This concealer blends well, and provides a good amount of coverage and brightening, without feeling heavy, and is comparable, if not better than a lot of high end concealers I’ve tried at a fraction of the cost.

  1. I actually don’t know a thing about how to apply makeup lol. But I’m sure this has all makeup lovers running to the store! I know how expensive it can get so this is super helpful.
